Golly! Sopapilla is one tough pastry! She has at a minimum perforated intestines, and who knows what else, and she is still able to walk from the truck to the door of the doctor’s office and then remain standing while R.J. and Cobra make small talk with the doctor?

R.J., Cobra, this gal may be tougher than either one of you.

Is it me or has Cobra gotten more attractive?

Assuming the current El Toranado is Jenkins, how exactly did he get out of jail, the last place we saw him? And how did Jenkins manage to transform himself from a running joke earlier in the strip to someone who can convince entire towns he is a super villain? Did he take a correspondence course?

It’s still hard to think of Jenkins as a criminal mastermind. Maybe he needs a better name like, I dunno, The Candy Man?
