That would be cruel and unusual punishment. Prison is hard enough without having to watch the Hallmark Channel.

What?!? You’d think they’d show Hallmark Murders & Mysteries" to show the convicts the errors of their ways, since the bad guys always get caught.

I would be very surprised if they did not have the Hallmark Channel in most prisons. Although it may be substituted by the Schmalz Channel in some areas. :)

The Starlight County Jail doesn’t have cable (or, satellte) tv. Something about cruel and unusual punishment.

Of course there’s no Hallmark Channel in prison. If there was, that would be considered torture.

Eb… That’s one of the things that make that place a “prison”.
