So far in 1999, over 169 tornadoes have touched down in the US- and 87 twisters struck on a day- January 21st! Artist Germaine Koh began unraveling the yarn from old garments and knitting them into a throw- 7 years later she still working on the same piece and will continue for the rest of her life!
