On March 5, 2005, 47 people crowded onto a 40 foot long surfboard at Gold Coast, Australia, breaking the record for the longest surfboard and the most riders ever on a surfboard! For centuries, people dug through peat and muck in marshes for hours just to find a few pea sized nuggets of iron bog ore! Some model airplane builders also build flying lawnmowers!
