Transcript:
The village of Fudai, Japan, survived the March 11, 2011, tsunami relatively unscathed thanks to a $30 million, 51 foot tall floodgate and sea wall that took more than a decade to complete! Worth the weigh! Christopher Steele of Columbus, Ohio, USA, has collected 200 coin-operated antique scales- some of which are more than a century old! In November 2010 Andrew Linn was impaled through the mouth by a metal pole during a car crash- and survived!

Druggest had a very old scale. Took off 20 lbs. Mirror attached made you look thinner. Funny stuff. Like to see it again. Case iron behemoth.

That one mechanical scale is of the most recognizable product icons in the world; Mr Peanut. He’s also the “Grand Marshal” at the local Peanut Festival every year with someone dressed up as Mr P.Yet recognizable as he is, I heard a local one year exclaim “Look! It’s a man in a peanut suit”
