I think I heard about the twins’ deliveries on Yahoo! News. As for the golfers’ scenario, I guess there are some good things that come in threes.

I wish new corporations these days do that rather than “creating” news

I once read of a mother who gave birth to twins straddling midnight on December 31. So, the first twin was born in the previous year and the second twin was born in the new year. How do you explain that when they are old enough to understand? :-)

The BBC one reminds me of a funny plaque one an older building in town that reads:

Talk about a waste of airtime! They could have either signed off the air for the night or played some music if they were required to be on the air!

To quote the Great Statistician, “Over the eons, everything happens at least once”. (He is better known perhaps for the benediction, “May the Bird of Paradise fly high over your birthday cake!”)
