In April 2013, circus performer Tameru Zegeye of Ethiopia walked for 249 feet on crutches using only his arms! A new species of snake found in Panama in 2012 was names Sibon Noalamina, or "no to the mine" in English, because its habitat is under threat from mining.

There is apparently a 24 Hours of LeMons (a parody of LeMans and also a pun on lemons) where the cost of building a car cannot exceed $500.00 U.S. Mr. Block designed his car to compete in that race.

I’ve been reading about Jeff Bloch for a while now. The car was designed for the Car & Driver 24 Hours of LeMons races. There are all sorts of cool cars that have been developed for the races.
