Motorcyclist Ryan Suchanek of Wisconsin can pull a wheelie at 108 mph... On a frozen lake! I see you! Zospeum Tholussum, a snail newly discovered in Croatia, has a transparent shell! Hiroichi Kimura, a farmer from Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan, has perfected growing heart shaped watermelons.

And who really wants a heart-shaped watermelon anyway? I once heard of some other Japanese person growing rectangular watermelons in a some box.

How many times did Ryan pop this wheelie. Is the operative word “can” or “could?”

Frankly, I think that Ryan has way too much free time on his hands. And if he keeps on doing that little stunt, he’d best pray that the ice doesn’t decide to give out under him.

Heart-shaped watermelons and other vine grown shaped things are old hat. Get back to me when they grow a watermelon shaped heart.

Match those melons with Buddha-shaped pears and you’re in the un-natural foods aisle at the grocer.http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1211141/Behold-latest-addition-novelty-fruit-market—5-pear-looks-like-baby-buddha.html

Back where I grew up in Wisconsin the city would plow a skating “rink” on the river ice using a regular street snow plow. A dump truck with the bed full of sand.
Also I think drinking is a year-round activity.
