At least here in Boston, people take the train instead of swimming to work in the Charles. Unfortunately, it’s still that dirty water.

Wonder how much Bernard and Janice have spent in total on Carnival? Especially since – I assume – they’ve both gone each of the cruises …

13 cruises a year? I think we found patient zero for the Norovirus!

Must be nice to have the Caffary’s money! Of course if he had been in the Navy he could easily have exceeded that cruise time and get paid for it. Can’t help but think all the good that money could have done.

1.24 miles = 2 km. So way didn’t they just say one and a quarter miles? I doubt the 2 km distance was measured that precisely.

That’s where they disposed of the ashes of Hans Frank, Wilhelm Frick, Alfred Jodl, Ernst Kaltenbrunner, Wilhelm Keitel, Joachim von Ribbentrop, Alfred Rosenberg, Fritz Sauckel, Arthur Seyss-Inquart, Julius Streicher, & Hermann Göring following the Nuremburg executions.

Since a lot of Carnival cruises are 3-4 day cruises, I’d be more impressed if they did that on cruise lines that normally start at 7 days and go up. That still is a lot of cruising, just not enough to be newsworthy.

Do they sell life insurance at the beginning of the zip line? Or at least medical insurance? Not that I’ll be riding it anytime soon!

I’ve read that it’s cheaper to live on a cruise ship than a nursing home – plus better service and change of scenery! (But medicare won’t cover cruises)
