When my hubby passed and I had him taken back to Ohio, I stayed at my God-Sister’s house. There was a tree facing the bedroom window I was sleeping in. That tree seemed to have it’s arms (limbs) stretched out towards me in a comforting way. It has been 11 yrs. now, and I always ask about that tree. It has grown very tall now.
In Tucson/Southern Arizona/Sonoran Desert we have the Saguaros, which often look similar to someone holding their hands up. [The more ‘unusual’ ones are fun to look at]

In some places they have decriminalized psychedelics, guess they’re in one of the locales.

I did that with one of my granddaughters when she was a preschooler. By the third tree, she was giggling too hard to hold the pose.
Now that she is a teenager, when I take her in the woods, she never notices anything but her cellphone screen and then complains about being “bored”.
