    There are not to many people who would be concerned about being rude to a tree.

    The tree should be getting ready to start turning a new leaf at this time of the year.

    I think that I shall never see

    A poem lovely as a tree.

    A tree whose hungry mouth is prest

    Against the earth’s sweet flowing breast;

    A tree that looks at God all day,

    And lifts her leafy arms to pray;

    A tree that may in Summer wear

    A nest of robins in her hair;

    Upon whose bosom snow has lain;

    Who intimately lives with rain.

    Poems are made by fools like me,

    But only God can make a tree

    By Joyce Kilmer

    I carry a book with me wherever I go. You never know when you will have to wait or be delayed for some reason or another. It cuts down on the feeling of impatience or irritation.

    A book instead of a smart phone? There is hope for society after all.

    My “let things be” tree got hit bi lightning a few months back. It’s a 60 foot oak and it looks like it might be dying. Gorgeous tree. It breaks my heart.
