One hawk and everybody will vanish!
We feed our backyard squirrels peanuts. That fills their tummies, and they leave the birdseed alone.
Birds are very sloppy with birdseed, they scatter it everywhere. They spill more than they eat! The spilled seeds attract mice and vermin.
Which one is Murphy?
Can’t be bothered by what’s already on the ground?
You can eat what falls to the ground.
My wife is upset with me.
I refuse to refill the bird feeders any more this year.
I went through an entire 40-lb bag of mixed bird seed in just 3 weeks. I can do without spending more than $20/month to attract squirrels and encourage them to overpopulate my neighborhood.
An influx of cowbirds the last three weeks has made my feeder useless. I refuse to waste money feeding them.
But even the dogs can eat from the crumbs the children spill from the table.
