I always wondered why they sometimes called a cop a “flatfoot”
paradox? cop stops him on his foot??
Eye for an eye, Tow for a toe?
Since the only way for this to happen is for the cop to be standing in the way and to deliberately stop him on his own foot, THIS IS NOT FUNNY.
Maybe he’s a drunk driver and miss judged his stop….
