Having been around a lot of bears, including grizzly in Yellowstone, laughed at this one. Also laughed at the ever present “expert” who thinks they can stop a grizzly with a .44 while running, or dampening their pants. It doesn’t work that way, as a guy with a pistol is definitely “lunch”. Now a large caliber rifle, at a distance from which the bear probably is just minding its own business, more likely to drop him.
As Wiley said years ago, arm bears, even things out.
