Proposed Campaign Finance Rules. Yes, I know they are unconstitutional. We need an Amendment.
Limit contributions to the geographic area of the elective office. Congressman gets money only from his district, Senator only from his state, Pres goes nationwide. No limit on dollar amounts.
No cash. Checks or CC only, all contributions must be tracked and published by name, address, etc. Companies and unions may contribute ONLY in their main office location. Example: Allstate Insurance could contribute ONLY to Illinois Senators and Northbrook area Congressman. No contributions from branch offices, subsidiaries or union “locals”.
Any speakers from outside district or state (for Senators) must have all expenses paid by campaign. Hotel, travel, meals, etc. They could NOT pay their own way to come and speak for a candidate outside their home district or state.
The above rules also apply to soft money, PACs and any other group supporting or opposing specific candidates by name.

It’s almost as though Rudy wants to confuse himself! The inability to indulge in fully coherent speech is a clear indicator of one messed-up mind!
