Rudy is one of those persons that i see at stores. Drive around the parking lot for thirty minutes burn a quarter tank of gas to get a parking space close to the door.
We live near one of the most popular hiking trails in The OC and everyday there’s a line of cars idling and waiting for an open parking spot because they’re too lazy to park and walk an extra half block.
