charging for a glass/cup of h2o is illegal in most parts of Arizona.

Surprised he didn’t blame it on a “tax hike.” Bars do this all the time. The state increases the beer tax by about a penny a bottle, and the bar jacks the price by half a dollar or more and blames the “tax hike.”

For that matter, gas stations do the same thing. On January 1st, our state reinstated an “inflation adjustment” on the gasoline sales tax. This worked out to a few pennies a gallon. Within a few hours, every station around here had jacked their price by 30 or 40 cents and blamed it on the tax increase.

Very BAD Man.
