The State of Maine makes all part time school employees get re-fingerprinted every five years. That includes school bus drivers, substitute teachers, and cafeteria workers…..and they have to pay for it themselves. It’s completely unnecessary, but I’m sure it’s a nice cash-cow for the State. Armstrong will certainly charge Rudy for having the test done and make a profit on it.
