There should be circuitry built into the phone that measures the ambient volume of the surrounding environment, and then measures the volume of the user’s voice in contrast to the ambient volume, over a period of say, two minutes. And if, over that two-minute period, the sound of the user’s voice is over a certain volume threshold in relation to the ambient volume, a nice little shock is delivered to the user’s head.
