The bat signal seems like a good idea... But what if batman is standing under a tree?
Use a signal light strong enough to ignite trees, and then aim it at any large park in the city.
The bat signal is used when Batman is not in the city. However, it would be useless on clear nights.
“All clear on Maple Street. Guess I’ll head over to Vine Street and see if anything is happening over there…”
Or if he’s in the “batroom.”
Or if it’s daytime?
