A tenant in the building next to mine gets hauled away regularly to the general hospital due to his emphysema attacks, but he still chain smokes, and coughs half his lungs out on the sidewalk!!!

The smoker is looking pretty grave in the last panel…

Instead of a coffin, was he cremated and buried in an ashtray?

He should still quit telling people what to do.

You can lead a chicken to seed but you can’t make him peck !

Thirty years after quitting a thirty year multiple pack a day habit Leonard Nimoy still developed emphysema and COPD and died. Don’t even think about smoking.

There should be smoke coming up from the grave!

I did a lot of thing wrong in life but I never smoked. My father didn’t even have to threaten me. He was addicted and was very honest about how much he hated it. I could locate him in a large store, if we got separated, by his cough. A good man and sadly, he died at the age of 69.
