I’m thinking that the nice-naughty thing works differently for evil henchmen. By being unspeakably evil, he’s technically being the evil version of good, leaving him on the nice list.
If I’m right, he’ll be getting something this year after all…

SuperFreckles: by your own theory, it wouldn’t work on Calvin because he is not an evil henchman. He still has to play by the same rules as you and I.
