The middle of nowhere- that’s where I live. If you squint, you might spot me there.

The middle of nowhere is just to the left of somewhere and a little down from here.

olddog1 - In CA, there is a town named Weed Patch that lives up to it’s name. It’s not too far from Buttonwillow who’s big industry is it’s sewage reclaimation facility.

I always wanted to name some towns. I like Cahoots and also Trouble particularly.

I live in a rural spot in Oregon, and it’s not the end of the world, but you can see it from the roof of my barn…

In Michigan, it’s about a 5 1/2 hour drive from Paradise to Hell. (Or vice-versa, but the traffic flow seems to prefer the southbound route)

Victor12334, the last time I was in Bend, the water literally ran through a ditch in my relatives’ back yard. They diverted their share into a 25,000 gallon tank and purified it with a cup (or 1/4 C.) of chlorine bleach.

Now, if you’re IN the middle of nowhere, you just have to look around. If you have to squint to see it, you’re not there.

And I’m from Montana, otherwise known as the backside of nowhere. Just turn around to see the middle of nowhere.

So, if he squints, does he see Nowhere, or just the middle of it?

I was visiting family in rural Alabama and we passed a one room, dilapidated, gas station/country store. The sign outside proudly proclaimed “Abel Mall.”
