I heard a story about a comedian who changed occupations to be an exotic dancer. She thought she would be popular because every one enjoys a good comic strip.
The legendary “Sam’s Strip” would have had the actual poker game drawn (but not quartered). In fact, Blondie and Dagwood did pop up a few times in there!
