Well now that the restrictions on Cuba has began to ease up, (finally) there are an awful lot of classic cars in very good condition to be had by those able to obtain them.

With all of the mileage they’ve gotten out of that old cluncker, I can’t believe they would get rid of it!

My first car was a 1959 Dodge Mayfair. It was pink like this car (I called it “salmon” rather than pink) the tail fins weren’t pointed but they were just as big. It had a great Torque-Flyte push button transmission.

I’ll take your ’58 Desoto! The only car I would want as much is a ’58 or ’59 Ford retractable; oh, and possibly a ’59 Cadillac!.Oh, never mind, the list is endless…(sigh)

My first car was a (used) ’55 Nash Statesman. With the fold flat front seats it was great on camping trips. No need for a tent!
