Volcanic remains from Vesuvius?
I certainly wouldn’t eat it.
Baloney and gravy stirred with a tornado like whisk. Sounds like my usual Thanksgiving dinner.
Many sauces were developed to disguise the fact that the meat was spoiled.
None of the fancy-named stuff for me. Just meat and potatoes.
Although Vesuvio is the name of a San Francisco restaurant, the waiter’s description is not entirely incorrect…
If the waiter’s description is accurate, I’d avoid it too. Tips of beef shouldn’t be grey. The pasta should’ve been stuffed with a tomato mix. Asparagus does make for a fine pale green sauce, though.
