    I just broil them over a little sesame oil with panko style bread crumbs under, skin side up until the skin burns and loosens up so as to be easily removed.

    put some chopped up peppers on the fish, sear it on a hot grill – turn over for 2 minutes and serve.

    I’m not a huge fan of salmon. It’s just a bit too rich for my tastes. Maybe it’s the golden color?

    I think American Indians caught salmon with spears when the salmon spawning season started each year.
