50 years ago my sons loved Dr. Seuss books. I’d get drowsy reading the sleep bookwhile they stayed awake for another. Editorial & illustration was magic for all ages!
Love Dr. Suess! My mother taught me to read using those books. Since they rhymed it was easier to figure out the last word. I will never forget reading “The Cat in the Hat” when I was only 4 years old.

I got around to reading all 14 of the Wizard of Oz books finally and they made me so happy. What a bundle of childhood joy.

My parents knew how much I loved to read and a set of 10, Doctor Seuss books for my 7th birthday, was the best! Thanks Snow, for reminding me!
