Yes Lord. The sight is too much for our eyes.

there is a remote chance that someone batted it under the couch.

More than once I got woke up in the middle of the night when my can stepped on the remote and turned the TV on!

Look under the furniture.

That’s the prayer I say when the show I’m watching ends and the news comes on.

The Off switch doesn’t need a remote.

Sigh…too true! Where’s that remote?

I keep different colored tape wrapped around mine so they are easier to find, and easier to tell apart.

There’s a default switch directly on the TV (or cable box) marked “Off” that works really well! ;)

I ditched the TV completely. There is absolutely nothing I choose to see on it. Dr. Pimple Popper? My 600 pound life? News? Talking heads? I do miss TCM though. I do like movies.
