I’m surprised to see the kittens sitting lined up like this. I’m sure that by the time they drift off to sleep they’ll be in a big furry pile of warm cuddle.
Is that little Bodhi – looking surprised with his eyes wide open? Was he sleeping during the blessing? Or was he already thinking of all those (everyone) deserving of blessings?
One of the best prayers I ever encountered was in Louisa May Alcott’s Little Men. “God bless every one and help me to be good.” Short, sweet, and pretty much covers it all.
