We allowed a hen to raise what turned out to be a rooster. We named him Zackly. Egg Zackly.

Turns out they were twins, so they were named Ham & Eggs.

And that’s how you make egg drop soup.

I didn’t know chickens have opposable wings.

“But Mom! He’s so much fun to be around, and he’s perfect for so many games!”

“…aw, sit on it! ma”

Later they will tell their sibling…When you were younger we carried you everywhere.

Chickens are getting smarter these days. How else could they get $3 a dozen for their eggs?

I had a neighbor who had seven children and that little baby really got a workout. I thought if he survives he is gonna be one tough s.o.b.

Seems to me like a variation of a game Calvin players with Hobbes…
