I have a theory of what is inside a black hole!

My brother used to have one of those (Hamster), he would get such a kick out of putting it in its ball and watching it roam around he house. I never got it myself, but to him it was like watching a cat play with a beam of light. (the light thing is hilarious.)

We got an excellent deal (less than $100) on a treadmill at a yard sale. It was hardly used, still in new condition, and we’re putting on the miles. All walking (4 MPH steady for 20 minutes/day), no running at our age!

When you blow your knee out in Basic Training, it’s hard to get back in the habit of running.

Bad knees will do it to you, too.
