A masked-ryoshka doll.

The tragedy here is that none of them has anything to keep it in. Or hands to fix it. Sad times for Matryoshka dolls (also known as babushka dolls, stacking dolls, nesting dolls, Russian tea dolls, or Russian dolls [yawn]).

Oh, look at what it says on your paper mask (next to “Made in China”): “Not For Medical Use”. It is basically decoration.

Cute.

Well, at least they’re wearing masks, unlike some in this country….

At the beginning of the pandemic, when masks were in short supply, an unlikely band of heroes stepped forward in our church: an army of “little old ladies with sewing machines” who turned out hundreds of cloth masks per week.

First they made adult-sized masks, then a smaller size for the Latino population (who seem to have smaller faces) and finally in children’s sizes – even buying special material with cartoon characters and superheroes on them.

Are those vibrators?

And fifty years from now people will look at this comic and wonder what it’s all about.

Those dolls are hiding they’re not distancing in the worst manner possible.

And it’s Russian — so there ya go.

This is what I love about artists. They tend to think in ways that most of the rest of us don’t. I mean, never in a million years would this have occurred to me. I’m glad we have people like this in the world.

If she doesn’t wear a mask is that considered a crimea?

Reminiscent of the opening to the BBC’s “Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy.” The multiple layers were a metaphor for the plot.

The only contact they be in with is the elf on the shelf which dosen’t even stick around for to long.
