I suffer from tinnitus. You can have tinnitus without being hard of hearing, but there are many people that have tinnitus and are also hard of hearing.

If you’re under 30, and you work or play in loud environments, wear your hearing protection! I can’t sleep without a little background noise covering up the ringing. Too much loud music in my youth. If you can’t use your mirrors because the music vibrates them, you’re headed for the same thing..
