I work from home as an accountant. Husband and I have a handcrafted business – from home – and as an accountant I am in charge of the rare accounting needed for same (as in sales are pretty rare), as well as our own finances. I am also treasurer of our reenactment unit and my embroidery club and deal with their accounting.
My office is the middle bedroom of our house – shared with husband whose desk faces mine.
I admit that many times when we are in the office what looks like I am working hard on one of the above sets of books I am actually playing cards on my computer or even reading comics online (though not right now, it is evening and I am on my laptop in the kitchen for some time away from my husband who is on his computer in our office.
