It must be time for the Chittlin’ Strut Festival in Salley, S.C. The odor saturates the air for miles, much to many peoples’ chagrin. I remember it well when I lived in South Carolina in the ‘80’s. Now where is that no-account bluetick hound? We got some chittlins to eat!! ;p
