There are some organizations that get it. They have an option to schedule a call-back. I am trying to convince my company that we should invest in such as system. When you call our IT support, it can take 45 minutes to get someone to answer. That’s lost productivity. They tell you that you can submit a ticket by email – that usually results in a return email three days later telling you to call the help desk.
