NASA’s budget was slashed to bare bones by the current administration. Since the STS (shuttle) program ended we’ve had to rely on the Russians to get our astronauts to the ISS at the cost of $75 million per ride.I think Mel wants to be the first gator in space!

I’m surprised at how many of you aren’t aware on this, but then again, maybe that’s WHY it’s gotten shrunk to such an…unflattering…state.
