I moved to a bigger apartment in my complex several years ago. I called the cable Co. to get service switched to the new place. They did exactly that. A few weeks later, I found out they did not shut off my old service. So I called them, and explained the situation, they said they understood and would shut off my old cable. The next day they sent someone and instead of shutting off my old cable they shut off my NEW service! What a bunch of knot heads they had at Time Warner, not that Spectrum is any better!

Sometimes that’s what it takes. Usually I just ask to talk with the technical rep or the stupid visor if need be. If you are nice and calm you can get a lot done.
