    Although.. Poly-unsaturated and mono-unsaturated fats are necessary for skin and eye and brain health, and they also help the body to get rid of the lard-look; and a small amount of the poly-unsaturates and mono-unsaturates in a snack can help a person not get as hungry for awhile longer. And yes, I am not a health professional, I just like to read.. and I like bulk raw sunflower seeds, and raw pumpkin seeds, and raw tree nuts, and cold pressed soy oil, and refrigerators, .. and I like health, personally. |:-)

    The full feeling that fats give is why people lose more weight on low-carb diets than on low-fat diets. But it still helps your ticker if the fats you eat (however much that may be) are unsaturated cis fats, including a good portion that are monounsaturated (or omega oils). It's the saturated and trans fats that kill ya.

    But does it work the same for cats???
