None of our cats do that. Maybe they know I’d just open the tap and they’d get wet…
We had a cat that loved to do this. If you turned the water on, she’d just get up and start drinking the fresh water.

My cats loved to lay in sinks. It was nice and cool. They also liked it when we turned the H2O on so they could drink from the faucet.
