In the ‘80s we had a cat named Dexter. My dad had cat phobia. One night we had my folks over to dinner. We served roast beef. We put the roast in the kitchen while we were eating. I noticed Dex racing into the hallway with something in his mouth. It was a slice of roast beef. My dad almost couldn’t finish his dinner. For Christmas that year we got Dex a toy hedgehog. Our daughter named it Roast Beef.
