Well, first, it really is the Navy SEALS (not the Marines’ SEALS), and second, your sense of humor is your own. Some of us LIKE humor that could dry out a martini. :)

The Navy and the Marine Corps do, however, work very closely together, being under the same Dept. of the Navy. I suspect you’re a military man and know this better than I do.
Oddly enough. “ooh-rah” is linked to the Marines and “hoo-yah” to the Navy, at least in Wikipedia’s article on the United States Marines…
