It should have said Nancy Kerrigan (the victim), as Harding was convicted of nothing more than failing to report her live-in fiance (a reconciliation from a previous divorce, yet) to the police when she learned what he had done. In this day and age it was nothing more than a technicality that doing so was legally an option for her, as it would not have been if they’d already remarried. Subsequently, the impending nuptials were understandably cancelled.
