Must be the caffeine…At least they test cyclists for real – unannounced, out-of-competition testing. Refusing a test is the same as a positive test. Two year ban for first offense. One year ban even if you prove the substance was unintentionally ingested. Way more substantial both in testing and in penalties than baseball or football.
