Agreed. Didn’t George Tirebiter appear on other FT albums besides “Dont Crush That Dwarf…Hand Me the Pliers?”
I got my first FT album in 1973 when I was 13 years old after hearing them on radio and was hooked. Even signed “Shoes for Industry” above my name in high school yearbooks when I was a senior…nobody knew what the hell that meant.

That just might help our Port Charlotte Stone Crabs. I’ll consult with Capn’ John and the Booster Club.

Tirebiter, an homage to Firesign Theatre? Or, I think it was the name of someone’s mascot, a dog if I remember correctly.

Definitely Firesign Theatre. The original George Tirebiter was a car-chasing dog who lived on campus when David Ossman (of the FT) was in college.
