I made it for 15 seconds the 1st time i tried it I don’t understand how little girls do it so easily
How is Tank whipping that rope around himself in frame two without jumping up and down? The only parts of him moving are his hands.
Maybe it’s an ex-jock thing.
I remember a “Peanuts” episode where Lucy was giving Patty and Violet rope-jumping tips. She started jumping so fast that she dug a hole in the ground. “Oh, yes, and one other thing: never jump to long in the same place!”
I was a little girl once I not sure I can jump rope now at 43 weighing 238 pounds
