The solution is obvious but expensive. The courts and playing fields are the same size that they have always been, even though humans have greatly increased in size.
It’s time to increase the dimensions of all playing areas.
At least all of those are a lot more exciting than seeing someone score the only goal in a 1-0 snoozefest soccer game. Give me baseball over soccer any day.

Solution? TV would have to define it as a problem.
If soccer starts televising more, the rules will be changed to make it more EXCITING! And also to provide for more commercials.
