Some clubs are starting to extend beer sales to the 8th inning now

The main reason some people come to those games is for booze.

The Pitch Clock giveth, The Pitch Taketh away.

So it’s better for the league and worse for the individual owners.

Wait until they realize they’re now getting fewer hours per thousand dollars out of the players and demand salary reductions … at least from the regular players, not the stars.

Less time to drink beer, too :(

Rockies fans are beginning to let the owners know have had enough of a losing team.Owners seem not to care about winning. They only care about butts in the seats so they can sell overpriced beer and food. Fans are starting boycotting the games. They traded Nolan Arrenado away for a pack of gum! Allowed Trevor Story to just walk away. Just heartbreaking!

Less time to sell beer? Raising beer prices will solve that problem.

Fortunately, there is more time for commercials.

LOTS more time for LOTS more commercials.

Once they realize this, they’ll just raise the price even more.
