Foreign policy?

Need to put more of that prize money to the LPGA.

Whenever a leader is called out on their crap, they always try to change the subject.

Jay Monahan and the PGA can spin this any way they want…. and they will, and they have, but you can still smell the burning brakes as the PGA bus came to a screeching stop in front of the Al-Rajhi bank. I hope Monahan is making enough money on this deal to buy the tanker-load of ammonia it’s going to take to wash the Saudi DNA from the bills. Dear Mr, Monahan: A reputation lasting a thousand years can depend upon the conduct of a single moment.

An “Arnold Palmer” is half iced tea and half lemonade.

A “Jay Monahan” is half motor oil and half Bloody Mary.

“Arnold Palmer” I was told was also half lemon aid and half vodka, or iced tea.

“Under the power-sharing agreement, the PGA is responsible for holes 1-8 and 12-18. The Saudis are responsible for 9-11.”

This reminds me of the Hershey Orphan’s Trust Fund deciding to liquidate its stock. The state fired them and appointed new trustees.

And when was the last time US foreign policy was separated by business or moral judgement. Or for that matter, sound or rational judgement…..

PGA folds a winning hand because.. who knows. LIV had no TV, few venues, no court wins and the Saudi’s wouldn’t fund it long-term.

But the PGA surrendered.

What could be a more delightful combination?

It’s the $$$$, either side only pulls the moral card when it is about their $$$$.
